1.  General Obligations

This page outlines the terms and conditions of using our service.  It clarifies our obligations to you and your obligations to us, as a member.

By using our website, you agree to the following:

Copyright:  All images, content, database and code is protected material owned by thiskidloves.com.  You are not allowed to copy, download or distribute any material in any manner, without written permission from us.

Spam: You are not allowed to advertise our services by inappropriate means, such as spamming forums or other websites.  If you genuinely want to promote us, please get in touch.

2.  Your Partnership with thiskidloves.com

Our membership is only open to UK residents between 11 to 16 years old.

Your membership will be renewed annually, and payment taken automatically, 12 months from the date you first take out your membership.  If  you do not wish to renew your membership, you must notify us in writing at least 14 days before your membership renewal becomes due.

Advertisers must honour the discounts that they offer via this scheme.

Advertisers must notify thiskidloves.com and provide at least 4 weeks’ notice if they wish to change their offer.

Advertisers must remain within the scheme for the minimum term agreed upon.  If, after this time, an advertiser wishes to leave the scheme, they must notify thiskidloves.com and provide at least 4 weeks’ notice of their desire to leave.

Thiskidloves.com reserves the right to amend, impose conditions upon or cancel your listing, advert or incentive scheme, if we suspect any breach of our terms, fraudulent activities or spam.

Thiskidloves.com reserves the right to cancel your listing, advert or incentive scheme at any time due to poor feedback from cardholders or for any other reason.

3.  Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Our website and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranty of any kind on availability, functionality, fitness for a purpose, security or accuracy of information.

We will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage of any kind arising from the use of our website, the services listed or for the businesses listed within the site.

We do not recommend or endorse any of the services or products of any business listed on the site but, merely participate in a partnership to offer incentives to our members.

We will not be held liable for any business listed who ceases trading, moves area, changes services, changes products or changes ownership.

You agree to indemnify thiskidloves.com, its employees and agents, from and against all liabilities, damages, losses and legal fees in relation to any claims or actions brought against us arising from YOUR breach of these terms and conditions.

Our failure to enforce any of these terms and conditions will not waive our rights to enforce any of these terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, whose courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising in connection with them.

Our terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
